United Opposition announces boycott of National Assembly session tomorrow

 

The Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM), an alliance of opposition parties, has decided not to attend the National Assembly session tomorrow (Saturday) for a vote of confidence in the Prime Minister.


 Prime Minister Imran Khan had announced a vote of confidence in the National Assembly after Islamabad in the Senate elections.


 The National Assembly will convene on Saturday morning, but the Pakistan Democratic Movement, an alliance of opposition parties, has announced a boycott.  Other parties including PML-N, Pakistan Peoples Party and Awami National Party will not attend the National Assembly session.
