Security forces killed two terrorists during a successful operation in Atmankhel area of Bajaur.
According to police, the terrorists killed at the pirate site in Atmankhel area of Bajaur on intelligence information belonged to the banned Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan. The operation took place between Wednesday and Thursday night.
According to the police, the operation was launched after receiving reports of secret arrival of terrorists and terrorist activities in Bajaur.
Police further said that modern weapons, a large quantity of explosives, IEDs and wireless for communication were also recovered from the possession of the slain terrorists.
Police say security forces have stepped up operations in Bajaur and surrounding areas.

The bodies of a mother and four children were recovered from a house in Dogranwala area of Gujranwala.

Police added that the dead included minors between the ages of 5 and 12. The victims were beaten on the head with sticks. Police have taken the bodies into custody and shifted them to Civil Hospital.

KARACHI: Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah has approved to give Rs 170 million to Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC).
A meeting on KMC financial affairs was held under the chairmanship of Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah.
The Sindh Chief Minister set up a three-member committee to get KMC out of financial difficulties. The committee includes Nasir Hussain Shah, Murtaza Wahab, Najam Shah and Administrator KMC Laiq Ahmed.
The committee will submit its report to the Sindh Chief Minister every 15 days. The Sindh Chief Minister will meet every 14 days on the report of the KMC Committee.
During the meeting, the Sindh Chief Minister said that we say that Karachi runs the whole of Pakistan, KMC should give its petrol pumps to the best bidders.
Murad Shah Ali said that KMC should take steps to solve its financial problems. KMC could not pay salaries to senior officers in November and December.
He said that we cannot leave KMC alone, I want KMC to stand on its own feet, KMC is suffering from financial difficulties, it is a pity.
The Sindh Chief Minister said that KMC should take care of the collection of property tax itself. DMCs are also doing their best.
